Every channel a guest can order through
Five surfaces, one kitchen. All of them are web pages; guests install nothing, staff open a tab.
At the table
QR ordering from the guest's phone
A card on the table, a scan, the menu. The order goes straight to the kitchen; the table is known because the code says so, not because the guest typed it.
- Shared ordering. One code per table, many phones. Seats are anonymous, Guest A, Guest B, and everyone sees the same running order. You remove only your own lines.
- Pay first. For counter-style places: the guest composes on the phone, the order is placed the moment it is paid, at the kiosk or with staff.
- Call the waiter, keep ordering. Guests can order more until the table is settled.
- Pre-order on the way. Now, in fifteen, in thirty, or at a time. The kitchen sees the arrival time.
- Eleven languages. German, English, Polish, Ukrainian, Dutch, French, Flemish, Turkish, Czech, Hungarian, Arabic. Prices always in Latin digits so they match the printed menu.
- Switches per location. In-app payment, waiter call, cash, pre-order. Off means the button is gone and the endpoint is closed.
At the counter
Self-order kiosk
Any tablet or touch screen in a browser. Set it up with a code from your cockpit; no technician, no app store.
- Picture menu with categories, options, sides and sizes.
- Promotions priced on the server. Combos, tiers, happy hour, "you save" lines. The kiosk shows, it never calculates.
- Reach mode, on every plan. A wheelchair icon moves the controls to the bottom of the screen. Full keyboard flow, high-contrast focus ring. Accessibility is not a paid feature.
- Phone remote. Guests pair their own phone with a QR or eight-digit code and use their own screen reader, magnification or switch control. Only key presses and a focus label travel; never amounts, never personal data.
- Attract screen with your own video or images. Branding per device from the server.
- Never logs out. Network or server trouble means waiting and retrying. Only a revoked key sends the device back to setup.
At the pass
Kitchen display and pickup screen
Tickets appear the moment they are ordered, sorted by station. A second screen in the dining room calls the number.
- Station routing by product group: cold kitchen, grill, bar. Mark items and tickets done, undo if needed.
- Unpaid pre-orders are greyed out with the arrival time and sort into place when the guest arrives.
- Pickup screen shows "preparing" and "ready" with order numbers only. No names, no amounts.
- Three modes: split, preparing only, ready only. Optional third column for a muted promo video.
- Set up with a PIN from your cockpit, on any monitor with a browser.
On the floor
Waiter app
A web app your team installs on their own phones. Every action is tied to the person on shift.
- Table overview by area, colours by order status, live within seconds.
- Quick entry at the table: three-level menu, list or tiles, search across everything, modifiers, eat-in or take-away.
- Waiter calls light up the table tile. Guests keep ordering until you settle.
- Checkout by order code. QR or eight digits, scanned at the register. Split checkout leaves the rest open.
- Shift login with a PIN, seat breakdown of who ordered what, hand out a table QR from the app.
The line we draw
What we leave to your point of sale
We take orders. Fiscal receipts, card terminals and cash drawers belong to a point of sale, and we connect to yours instead of pretending to be one.
On the Free plan there is no checkout at all: guests order, the kitchen cooks, you settle the way you do today. Grow adds checkout, payment and tips through card terminals (ZVT) and providers such as Viva.com, Payone and Nexi. Enterprise connects the waiter app's order code to your register and fiscal provider, so the receipt is theirs and the order is ours.
This is deliberate. A system that does one thing well is easier to trust with the dinner rush than one that does everything adequately.
