Before you sign in

What counts as a location?
One place where guests order: a restaurant, a café, a food truck, a festival stand. Locations have their own menu, tables, devices and opening hours. The Free plan includes two.
What happens at the twenty-first menu item on Free?
It is not created, and the cockpit tells you so with the number. Existing items keep working. Upgrade to Grow and the limit is gone.
Is there a time limit on Free?
No. Free stays free. We ask for a card only when you move to a paid plan.
Do guests need an app?
No. Every guest surface is a web page. They scan a code, the menu opens in the browser.
How does payment work on Grow?
Through a card terminal (ZVT) or a payment provider connected to your account, such as Viva.com, Payone or Nexi: at the table or at the counter, with tips. Fiscal receipts stay with your point of sale; on Enterprise we connect to it.
Is my data really in my own database?
Yes. Each account is provisioned its own database with the full schema. There is no shared table with a customer column. You can export it, or ask us to delete it.
Which currency and taxes?
Plans are billed in euro per location and month, plus VAT where it applies. Your menu is priced in your own currency with your own tax rates.
Can I switch plans?
Upgrade any time and pay the difference for the rest of the month. Downgrade at the next billing date; nothing is refunded pro rata, nothing is lost.
